Zachary Stafford

Education Outreach Vista at National Audubon Society

Zachary Stafford has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Camp Counselor for low-income families, managing a group of 10-20 children and organizing weekly events and agendas. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Student Worker at Westminster College's Career Development Center, gaining experience in a professional setting. In 2015, they worked as a Student Worker in the Geology Lab at Westminster College. In 2019, they joined the National Audubon Society as an Education Outreach VISTA. Currently, since October 2020, Zachary is a Teacher at St. Louis Park Public Schools, where they teach middle school students about geography, cultures, and environmental relationships. Their responsibilities include curriculum development, lesson planning, managing students, and building relationships with students and families. Throughout their teaching career, they have completed over 300 different lessons for students with diverse learning strategies, cultural backgrounds, and individualized education plans.

Zachary Stafford attended Westminster College (MO) from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in History with a focus on environmental studies and geology.
