Noroyle Lamb

Noroyle Lamb currently serves as the DEI Standards Manager & Expert Reviewer at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, where collaboration with DEI and L&D experts has led to significant improvements in DEI standards across educator certifications. Previously, Noroyle worked as an Equity Instructional Coach at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, developing equity-focused needs assessments and presenting findings to management. Experience also includes a role as Project Manager with the Valuable 500, where Noroyle coordinated workshops aimed at improving inclusion for disabled employees across global companies. Earlier in career, Noroyle was a Learning and Development Specialist at Jefferson County Public Schools, facilitating extensive workshops and assessments for a large educational workforce. Noroyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Master's of Education with a literacy specialty, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at Capella University.
