Sowparnica V S is currently serving as a Project Associate at the National Centre for Biological Sciences since September 2023. Previously, Sowparnica held the position of Graduate Research Intern at the Tribal Health Initiative from January to July 2023 and completed a Public Health Internship at ASHWINI-Gudalur Adivasi Hospital in mid-2022. In February 2022, Sowparnica worked as a W.H.O Covid Surveillance External Monitor with the World Health Organization and gained experience as a Clinical Nutritionist and Dietician at Aster Hospitals, Bangalore from December 2020 to February 2021. Sowparnica's early experience includes a Quality Assurance Internship at Unibic Foods India Pvt Ltd in 2019. Academically, Sowparnica holds a Master of Public Health in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from the Indian Institutes of Public Health, completed in August 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Management from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, obtained in 2020.
