Rory Regan

Rory Regan has extensive work experience in grant management and administration. They have served as an Associate Director - Grants and Contracts at the National Conference of State Legislatures since 2023. Prior to this, Rory worked at the City and County of Denver for several years, holding positions such as Federal Grants Manager and Financial Management Specialist. In these roles, they led efforts to develop citywide grant strategies, ensured collaboration among various city agencies, and served as the lead for the Grant Policy Advisory Committee. Before joining the City and County of Denver, Rory interned at both the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of State. Additionally, Rory has experience in media planning and buying as a Media Supervisor at Starcom Worldwide. Their responsibilities included strategic media planning across various platforms for a range of clients.

Rory Regan pursued their education at Northwestern University from 2001 to 2005, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and Political Science. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they attended the University of Denver, where they earned a Master's degree in International Studies.
