Lauren Olson

Lauren Olson has a diverse work experience, starting in 1997 at New Pioneer Co-op as a Customer Service Coordinator until 2003. In 2005, they joined United Technologies, initially as an HR Leadership Associate for a year and then as a Global Learning Analyst for five years, until 2012. During their time at United Technologies, they also held a managerial role as Manager of Learning & Engagement for 9 months in 2012. Since 2012, they have worked at National Co+op Grocers as the Senior Director of Talent Development.

Lauren Olson started their education journey at Marietta College from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued International Business. Lauren then attended the University of Iowa from 1998 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor's degree with a major in French. Following that, they enrolled at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR & Organizational Development from 2003 to 2005.
