Hailey Sadler

Hailey Sadler is a National Geographic Explorer with experience as a Co-Founder of The Home Collective, a global initiative that merges academics, scientists, community leaders, and journalists to address the intersection of home with geopolitical issues. As a multimedia journalist, Sadler has received awards for work focusing on conflict and its consequences. Current roles include Global Fellow at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and Senior Consultant at IMPACT Global Strategies, where strategic advising is provided to NGOs on foreign affairs and humanitarian issues. Previous positions include Research Fellow at the Global CT Institute, Research Consultant at The Johns Hopkins University, and various roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities encompassed policy advising and communications. Hailey Sadler holds a Master's degree in International Public Policy with a focus on Conflict Management from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/International Relations from Thomas Edison State University.
