Will Parrinello

Will Parrinello is a seasoned documentary filmmaker with extensive experience in various roles across the film industry. As a National Geographic Explorer since 2010, Parrinello gained recognition after receiving a Human Histories & Culture grant for the film "Water For Life." With a long-standing position as Producer/Director at Mill Valley Film Group since 1985, Parrinello has dedicated a career to independent documentary filmmaking. Additionally, Parrinello served as an instructor at San Francisco State University, teaching a course on documentary filmmaking. Early career work as a Freelance Director of Photography and Editor with Parallel Productions involved shooting and editing a diverse range of documentary and promotional content. Parrinello holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Chico, and an Advanced BS in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Wossamotta U.
