Helen Williams

Helen Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, management, and training within the mental health and youth engagement sectors. Currently serving as Hub Manager for the National Literacy Trust since December 2021 and as Director of Rose & Butterfly Coaching since January 2017, Helen's focus is on empowering individuals to realize their potential. Previous roles include Bloom Manager at Mental Health UK, Coach at Young Women's Trust, and Trainer Consultant at YoungMinds, along with significant contributions to Beat and The Mix Charity. Helen's expertise is supported by a Post Graduate Diploma from the London School of Journalism and a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Gloucestershire.
