Vanika Spencer

Vanika Spencer has seven years of professional work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been the Service Learning Program Manager at National Medical Fellowships, Inc. In this role, they have developed and executed scholar recruitment strategies and tracked and analyzed application data for assigned programs and scholarships. In 2021, they held a part-time role as a Technical Recruiter at Avra Talent. From 2015 to 2014, they were the Assistant Director at Webster University and an English Teacher at Peace Corps Indonesia. In 2012, they held two roles simultaneously as a Peer Mentor at the University of Missouri and a Youth Specialist at Better Family Life. Finally, in 2011, they were an Intern at General Electric-Equipment Finance.

Vanika Spencer received their B.A. in Communications and Performing Arts from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2013, after attending from 2008-2013. Vanika also attended the University of Ghana in 2011, but did not receive a degree. Vanika went on to earn their Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Webster University in 2019.
