James Radford

James Radford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James started their career at Email Systems in 2005, where they served as a First Line Support Engineer, Third Line Support Engineer, and eventually as the Head of QA. James then moved on to MEI Event Management in 2006, where they worked as a Network Engineer. In 2007, they joined Webroot Software and held the position of Lead Sales Engineer for three years. In 2010, they joined Natterbox Limited and initially served as a Sales Engineer before progressing to the role of Professional Services Manager. In 2017, they became the Head of Product at Natterbox Limited and later transitioned to the role of Head of SE and Solution Architecture in 2019.

James Radford attended the University of East Anglia from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
