Marcus Gomez

Marcus Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning across various organizations.

Their most recent position was as a Talent Management Partner at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), starting in October 2022.

Prior to that, from March 2022 to October 2022, they worked as a Sr. Talent Management Analyst - Employee Engagement Survey, Organizational Development and Learning at the Federal Reserve Board.

From May 2021 to March 2022, Marcus was a Program Analyst in the Human Capital Management, Econ Directorate Support Services at the U.S. Census Bureau. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Texas Tech University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011.
