Anna Sawyer

Anna Sawyer has over 17 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Anna is currently working at Nature's Way as the VP of Finance, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Nature's Way from May 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Nature's Way, Anna was the VP of Finance at noops, Inc. from November 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategic direction of the high-growth start-up and developing financial projections for decision-making and fundraising.

Anna also has extensive experience at General Mills, where they worked for over 13 years. Their roles included Corporate Planning & Analysis, Senior Finance Manager for the Pillsbury business unit, Sales and Trade Finance Manager for Cereal and Annie's, and various other finance and analyst positions. During their time at General Mills, they played a key role in growth initiatives, cost efficiencies, new product development, and customer negotiations.

Anna started their career as a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton, where they worked for 4 years.

Anna Sawyer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Augsburg University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004. Anna also holds an inactive CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification, which was obtained in 2006.
