Caroline le Bayon

Caroline Le Bayon has a diverse range of work experience, mainly in the field of human resources. Caroline has held various roles in different companies, with their most recent position being HR Director at Naval Group. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Transformation at the same company. Caroline has also worked as the Director of Group HR Development at Naval Group and HR VP at Naval Energies. Caroline has additional experience as Training Director and Change Management Manager at Naval Group. Caroline began their career as an Associate Human Resources Consultant at CLEFS SA.

Caroline Le Bayon completed their undergraduate education at KEDGE Business School from 1993 to 1996, obtaining a degree in Marketing. In 2018, they pursued further education at Institut Repère, where they completed a cycle coach certification program in PNL (Programmation Neuro-Linguistique), Systémique, and Process Com. In 2019, Caroline also obtained a certification as a Practitioner in PNL from Institut Repère.
