Marion Accary

Marion Accary has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Marion currently holds the position of HR Director - Australian Submarine Program at NAVAL GROUP, where they are responsible for managing a team of 7 employees. Marion'srole involves handling crisis management, defining mobilization plans, and leading negotiations for program closure. Marion has also played a pivotal role in the program's expansion, overseeing the growth from 40 to 1,000 employees and projecting to reach 3,000 by 2028. Prior to this, Marion worked as the Responsable Mobilité Internationale at NAVAL GROUP, where they were involved in supporting the HR team in Australia and ensuring compliance with group policies. In their previous roles at Transdev, Veolia, and Valeo, Marion gained experience in managing international HR initiatives, including talent mobility, policy redesign, and partnership development.
