Susan Beery

Susan Beery has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Susan started their career as a Data Specialist at the American Bar Association from 1988 to 1991. Susan then worked as an Information Technology Help Desk Manager at Ford Motor Company in 1992. From 1993 to 1999, Susan worked at USA Group as a Help Desk and ITSM Manager, where they created and managed the help desk operations.

Susan joined Sallie Mae in 2002 and held various roles including Business System Analyst, Architect, Information Technology Service Delivery Manager, Director of IT Service Delivery, and Senior Director of IT Service Delivery. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and leading teams responsible for end-user support, field support, help desk functions, incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management. Susan also played a key role in IT service management processes, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Since 2014, Susan has been working at Navient as a Senior Director of IT Service Delivery and is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Provisioning & Enablement. In this role, they manage staff, leads IT integration projects, provides sponsorship to key IT projects, and ensures projects stay on time and budget.
