Ashley Antonich Sarabia

Ashley Antonich Sarabia has been in the customer service and sales industry for over 10 years. Ashley began their career in 2010 as a Department Manager at Walmart, where they achieved and maintained managerial sales goals and was responsible for the sales of over 10,000 UPCs. In 2015, they joined Redmond Technology Partners as a Senior Paid Search Editorial Analyst for Microsoft/Bing, where they oversaw several agents, communicated with mid-sized and strategic advertisers, and achieved a 100% QA and SLA score. In 2018, they moved to Marchex as a Client Services Specialist, where they assisted clients with account troubleshooting and issue resolution, investigated and resolved clients' technical issues, and worked closely with clients and internal staff. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Navigate360.

Ashley Antonich Sarabia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Professional from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Tacoma Community College in 2014. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at Syracuse University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition, Ashley has obtained a certification as a Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft in June 2015.
