Brooke Sguardo

Brooke Sguardo has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Brooke is currently working as the Director of Provider Relations at Navigator Healthcare Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of a Health Care Consultant at Transformation Health Resources, LLC and a Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS Circle, both starting in January 2021.

Brooke has also worked at Optum, serving in two different roles. Brooke was the Director of Specialty Networks from February 2019 to December 2019, and prior to that, they were a Senior Network Manager from March 2012 to February 2019.

Before joining Optum, Brooke worked as a Site Administrator at Southwest Network from February 2009 to March 2012. Brooke also gained experience as an Adult Network Operations Specialist at the Arizona Department of Health Services from February 2008 to February 2009.

Additionally, Brooke has worked in various roles at Magellan Health Services and ValueOptions, Inc.®. Brooke served as a QI Resolution Specialist at Magellan Health Services from September 2007 to February 2008. At ValueOptions, Inc.®, they were a Provider Monitoring Supervisor from February 2007 to August 2007 and a Clinical Coordinator from October 2003 to January 2007.

Brooke Sguardo earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Brooke furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at the same university from 2006 to 2009.
