Jill Carter

Jill Carter has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jill is currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Navigator Healthcare Inc. Prior to this, they held various roles at Optum, including Network Channel Lead, Program Manager, and LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Before their time at Optum, Jill worked at United Behavioral Health as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Network Manager. Jill also gained experience at PacifiCare Behavioral Health as a Network Manager and Provider Relations Specialist.

Jill Carter attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1995 to 2000, although the degree and field of study are not specified. In addition to their college education, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, earning the LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt from UnitedHealth Group in June 2014, and later achieving the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the same institution in June 2017.
