Jill Carter

Jill Carter has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jill is currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Navigator Healthcare Inc. Prior to this, they held various roles at Optum, including Network Channel Lead, Program Manager, and LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
