Carla M. Marrero

Carla M. Marrero, PharmD has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Carla M. started their career as a Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens in 2005 and later became a Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at the same company. In 2012, they worked as a Staff Pharmacist at Hospital Oncológico. From 2016 to 2016, they served as a Medication Therapy Management Provider at Fusion. In 2017, Carla joined MMM Holdings LLC as a Medication Therapy Management Manager until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Navvis as a PR Director, Client Operations and starting in 2023, they will hold the position of Director of Pharmacy Operations at the same company.

Carla M. Marrero, PharmD completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Puerto Rico - School of Pharmacy in 2008. Prior to that, they studied Natural Sciences at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in pharmacy informatics from ASHP and Protagonistas 2021 from MMM Holdings, LLC.
