Kelly Chase Mha

Kelly Chase MHA, BSN, RN, CPHQ has over 20 years of work experience in healthcare. Kelly is currently working as the Vice President of Ambulatory Care Management and Client Partner Operations at Navvis, where they focus on improving affordability, quality, and access to healthcare. Prior to this role, Kelly worked at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center as the Executive Director of Primary Care and Population Health, and as the Director of Care Management and Population Health. Kelly also held positions at Park Nicollet Health Services as the Manager of Patient Safety and Patient Relations, and at North Memorial Health Care as a Quality Improvement Specialist. Kelly's early career experience includes management roles at University of Minnesota Physicians, where they worked as the Manager of Specialty Infusion and Procedure Center, Supervisor of Transplant and Specialty Clinics and Transplant Procedure Center, and as a Transplant Procedure Center Registered Nurse. Kelly began their career as a Travel Registered Nurse at Professional Resource Network, Inc. Overall, Kelly has extensive experience in various healthcare settings and has focused on care management, quality improvement, and patient safety throughout their career.

Kelly Chase has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Kelly is also certified as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) by the National Association for Healthcare Quality. In addition, they have certifications in Lean-Six Sigma from the University of Michigan and Project Management from the University of Minnesota. Kelly Chase became a Registered Nurse in 1999, certified by the MN State Board of Nursing.
