Annette Albertson

Vice President, Client Partner Operations at Navvis

Annette Albertson has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Annette began their career in 1988 as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Army, where they were responsible for preparing intelligence products. After their military service, they worked as a Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings, including the St. Louis County Jail and Northwest Healthcare. During their time at Northwest Healthcare, they received an "Employee of the Month" award.

In 2007, Albertson transitioned into a managerial role as a Clinical Operations Manager at Healthways, where they managed a team of RNs and oversaw telephonic disease management. Annette also developed training sessions and provided expertise on case management and integration of services.

From 2013 to 2014, Albertson worked as a Performance Improvement Coordinator at Esse Health, where they focused on PCMH performance improvement and training initiatives. Annette then joined SSM Health in 2014 as a Director of Contact Center Operations, where they oversaw three health system call centers.

Most recently, Albertson has been working at Navvis, a healthcare company, since 2017. Annette has held various roles, including Director of Operations, Sr. Director of Clinical Operations, Vice President of Client Operations, Vice President of Clinical Quality Assurance, and currently as Vice President of Client Partner Operations.

Throughout their career, Albertson has demonstrated their expertise in healthcare operations, clinical quality assurance, client operations, and client partner operations.

Annette Albertson completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Saint Louis University in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2010-2011. Annette's education journey began with an Associate of Science in Nursing from Lewis & Clark Community College, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Annette has also obtained various certifications, including Women in Leadership from Lindenwood University in 2023, the Customer Experience Certificate Program from Missouri State University in 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Healthcare and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
