Mary Ann (Molly) Long de Fernandez de Mesa has had extensive experience in various organizations. Mary Ann (Molly) served as an Honorary Regent España Chapter and Spanish Task Force member in the Daughters of the American Revolution since 2013. In 2014, they joined the Navy League of the United States, where they held the roles of President from 2014 to 2016 and Past President from 2016 onwards.
