Nicholas, S.Psi, M.Psi, Psikolog has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they interned as an Assessment Support at Dinas Psikologi TNI Angkatan Udara. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an HR Assessment at PT Malindo Feedmill TBK. Starting in December 2018 until August 2021, Nicholas joined PT. Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia as HRGA. Currently, they serve as the HC Development & Recruitment Section Head at NAWAKARA, beginning in August 2021.

Nicholas, S.Psi, M.Psi, Psikolog completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology (S.Psi) from the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) in the years 2012 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (M.Psi) at the Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' from 2017 to 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Nicholas obtained a Surat Izin Praktek Psikologi (SIPP) from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) in June 2022. Further, they gained a Lisensi K3 Petugas Peran Kebakaran Kelas D from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia in March 2022. Additionally, they achieved certification as a Certified Industrial Relation Professional from HRBP Indonesia in June 2018, and as a Certified Human Resources Professional from HRBP Indonesia in February 2019.
