Rana El Alfy is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Nawy since February 2024. Previously, Rana held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for MENA at MAGRABi, focusing on recruitment and onboarding across multiple countries and successfully leading a team that hired over 150 top talents in 2022 and 2023. Rana's career includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, Business Associate at Boyden, People Management Professional at JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions, and various HR positions at Oracle. Rana holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Strategic Management and Human Resources from The German University in Cairo.
