Nicone Gordon

Nicone Gordon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and legal sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at NCCI since November 2018, Nicone previously held the position of Director of the Workers Compensation Major Case Unit at Travelers Insurance from June 2010 to November 2018. Prior roles include Carrier Relations Manager, Subrogation Lead, and Corporate Large Loss Consultant at The Hartford/SRS from April 2004 to June 2010, as well as Field Counsel/Attorney at Liberty Mutual Insurance from July 1998 to April 2004. Nicone's career began as a Legal Intern in the Business Litigation Unit at Cigna Insurance from September 1995 to May 1997. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law (1994-1997) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College-Hartford (1990-1994).
