Iglianna Gonzalez

Iglianna Gonzalez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing roles. Iglianna started their career as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TeleTech, where they were responsible for high volume recruitment and managing a team. Iglianna then worked as an Executive Talent Attraction for PAE Proyección y Administración Empresarial, recruiting both IT and non-IT positions for various industries. At Praxis, Iglianna served as a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting bilingual IT positions for clients in multiple countries. Most recently, they worked at NearShore Technology, initially as a Senior IT Recruiter before advancing to lead and manage the Employee Success and Staffing teams. In these roles, Iglianna was responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and offers, and improving the staffing process. Iglianna also played a key role in employee onboarding, events, and company culture initiatives.
