Luis Soto

Luis Soto has a comprehensive work experience in the technology field. Luis started their career as an Exchange Administrator at Bridgestone in October 2014, where they provided tier 2 support for over 16k mailboxes and was responsible for account provisioning and mailbox consolidation and migrations. In addition, they also worked as a Regional System Administrator, managing and maintaining the AD, Office 365, and Cisco productivity tools environment for 6 countries with more than 3k users. Luis developed scripts for AD, Office 365, and server administration, performed server provisioning and monitoring, and standardized SLAs for the SysAdmin department. In 2017, Luis joined NearShore Technology as a Cloud Engineer / DevOps.

Luis Soto attended the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
