John Shea is currently the SVP of the Managed Assets Group at Needham Bank. John has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on controllership, workout operations, and commercial banking.
Shea began their career in 1982 as a cost accounting manager for Ingersoll Rand Co. John then moved to Adams-Russel Electronics Co. in 1987 as their cost accounting manager. In 1988, they transitioned to controller at Intel Corporation, a position they held for 10 years.
In 1998, Shea became the financial analyst for Palmer Manufacturing Co Inc. John then became the CFO of J Kittredge & Sons in 1999. After three years in that role, they became the controller at Equipment & Systems for Industry in 2002, a position they held until 2007 when they transitioned to TD Bank as their VP / Commercial Workout Officer. Shea held that role until 2012 when they joined Needham Bank as their SVP of the Managed Assets Group.
John Shea has a BSBA from Northeastern University in Accounting, Economics, and Finance.
