Praveen Kumar

Praveen Kumar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 16 years in various HR roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Nemak since February 2024, Praveen previously worked at Royal Enfield as a Team Manager in HR Operations from October 2022 to February 2024. Prior to that, a role as Manager - Personnel & Total Employee Involvement was held at Sundaram Auto Components Limited from July 2017 to September 2022. Praveen's expertise also includes serving as DM HR at Murugappa Group and AM Personnel at Sundaram Clayton Limited. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Work in Human Resource Management from Madras Christian College and an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Praveen also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Jaya College of Arts & Science.
