Sam Magalnik

Sam Magalnik is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Asset Management at Deveraux Group of Companies since August 2024, Sam previously held the same title at Strategic Group and worked as Manager of Asset Management at Tricon Residential. Sam's prior roles include Director of US Asset Management and Associate in US Investments & Asset Management at Avenue Living Asset Management, as well as positions at Starlight Investments, where responsibilities included Senior Analyst for U.S. Multi-Family and Senior Real Estate Operations Analyst. Sam holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Schulich School of Business - York University, a Canadian Risk Management Designation from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from the University of Alberta.
