Javier Bayona Villanueva

Javier Bayona Villanueva is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as the Innovation Senior Program Manager and PMO at NEOLITH since March 2021. Previously, Javier held the position of Program Manager at EFI and worked as a PVT Body Interior Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included overseeing seats, plastics, and safety restraints commodities. As a co-founder and strategic consultant at CREASOLID, Javier contributed to the growth of the company. Additional roles include Cost Engineer and Project Manager at JOBELSA, where project feasibility and cost evaluation in the automotive sector were key responsibilities. Early career experiences included project management in solar photovoltaic installations at AE3000 and equipment improvement in ceramic production at Cerámica Antiga. Javier holds an Ingeniero Industrial degree in Renewable Energies and Industrial Organization from Universitat Jaume I and completed a final project on renewable energy production from animal waste at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
