Jim Rhoden

Jim Rhoden is an experienced professional with a strong background in contract manufacturing and logistics. Currently serving as Contract Manufacturing Manager at Nestlé since March 2021, Jim previously held the same title at Foster Farms from July 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing co-manufacturers, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring supply chain efficiency. Jim's prior experience in the U.S. Army encompassed various leadership roles, including logistical planner and transportation platoon leader, emphasizing operational planning and execution for large units. Jim holds an MBA from California State University, Fresno, and a BA in History, Management, and Military Science from Brigham Young University.
