Liliana H. is an accomplished professional in international relations and gender development with significant experience in both research and program management. As a Graduate Trainee at OECD, Liliana conducted crucial research on gender equality legal reforms in Southeast Asia and authored reports on the MENA region's gender landscape. Prior to this, Liliana served as a Consultant for the National Democratic Institute, focusing on USAID-funded program results. With a multi-year tenure at NDI as Program Officer, Liliana managed a $7 million grant portfolio, secured over $20 million in new funding through proposals, and coordinated impactful initiatives across South Asia. Early career experiences included roles at Voice of America, Brown University, and One Neighborhood Builders, contributing to media production, education, and community development. Liliana holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po and a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from Brown University.
