Jason Baim

Jason is responsible for the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities including mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, and working with Net Health’s executive team to develop Net Health’s strategic plan. Jason brings over 20 years of experience in a broad range of corporate development, product management, and strategic planning roles with emerging and established healthcare and enterprise software companies. Jason has led or supported over a dozen transactions and post-merger/acquisition integration efforts, and has launched multiple new technologies and products to market. Before joining Net Health, Jason was the Vice President of Product Management and Managing Director, Business Analytics Division at TeleTracking Technologies, a provider of patient flow and capacity management solutions for hospitals. Jason has held previous senior-level roles in product management and strategic planning at EMC Corporation and Lucent Technologies, and held marketing, sales and business development positions at FTP Software. Jason has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Wesleyan University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
