Stephanie Orlando

Stephanie Orlando is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative and legal roles. Currently serving as the Administrative Supervisor at Spirit Lake Police Department since June 2021, Stephanie also operates as the Owner of Jade and Lemon and works as an Independent Contractor/Transcriptionist for Net Transcripts, Inc. since June 2015, specializing in verbatim transcription of legal audio content. Previous positions include Property Claims Adjuster at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Independent Consultant at Jamberry, Diversion Caseworker at Kootenai County Juvenile Diversion, and Senior Legal Secretary at Kootenai County Prosecutor. In earlier roles, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a Detention Specialist and Leasing Agent, contributing to a strong foundation in case management, legal documentation, and customer service. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies from Lewis-Clark State College and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from North Idaho College.
