Saradha Ramamoorthy

Saradha Ramamoorthy began their work experience in 2001 at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., where they started as a fresher and quickly progressed to a senior role managing a team of 12. During their time there, they led packaging and QA efforts for various Oracle Products on Unix Platforms.

In 2010, Saradha joined iContact as a QA Technical Team Lead and implemented streamlined QA processes from scratch. Saradha focused on efficient test coverage and made significant progress in building QA processes during their tenure.

From 2012 to 2014, Saradha worked at LexisNexis as a Senior Software QA Engineer. Here, they led the QA efforts for a startup team, building the Firm Manager 3.0 SaaS based application for Law Firms using .NET and C# on Amazon Web Services.

In 2014, Saradha transitioned to Starmount as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. During their brief time there, they led the QA efforts for mobile applications, focusing on transforming the retail environment to provide a more connected and engaging store experience.

Also in 2014, Saradha joined Netspend as a Senior Software QA Lead. Here, they worked on critical projects for Netspend Hosted Programs and developed full-stack automation to provide automated test coverage.

At Netspend, Saradha held multiple roles, including Senior Technical Product Manager from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they managed the partner's portfolio for the BaaS, Retail, and Prepaid web and digital products, and spearheaded complex feature launches in the Acquisition, Money Movement, Compliance, Risk, and Digital payments space.

Currently, Saradha holds the position of Director of Product Technology Platform at Netspend. In this role, they lead the strategic vision for the BaaS/Embedded Finance mobile products and services, engages in discussions around vendor and pricing choices, and spearheads innovation projects for Open Banking solutions, AI/ML, payments, and the next generation Developer Portal.

Throughout their career, Saradha has showcased their expertise in product management, technical leadership, and quality assurance, successfully contributing to the growth of various organizations.

Saradha Ramamoorthy completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Bangalore University between 1996 and 2000. In addition, they obtained a Certified Product Manager (CPM) certification from Product School in May 2020 and a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2013.
