Matt Painter, CASP CCNP, has over 10 years of experience in the networking field. Matt began their career in 2012 as an IVMS Team Lead/Electronics Dept. at Halliburton, where they deployed, maintained, and monitored Halliburton's vehicle monitoring systems and assisted in forensic crash investigations. In 2013, they moved to Kadrmas Lee & Jackson as a Telecommunications Engineer, where they supervised a fiber installation crew and corresponded with local stakeholders on projects. In 2014, they joined Hellervik Oilfield Communications as a Network Manager, where they deployed LTE access across the Bakken oilfield to provide private LTE service. That same year, they moved to Connecting Point Computer Center as a Sr. Network Engineer, where they troubleshot and maintained all networking devices and infrastructure across clients' networks, upgraded and expanded network systems and their components, and managed projects from concept to completion. In 2017, they joined Network Center, Inc. as a Network Engineer II, where they had pre-sales, infrastructure architect experience and proposed solutions then led the project implementations. Finally, in 2022, they joined Network Perception as a Sr. Network Engineer.

Matt Painter has a comprehensive educational background in Telecommunications Technology/Technician. Matt obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree from Bismarck State College in 2012, and a High School Diploma from CHS in 2010.
