Garrick Tam has over 19 years of work experience. Garrick started their career in 2001 as a Senior Network Operations Specialist and Technical Support Analyst, Tier III at Keynote Systems, Inc. In 2007, they joined Lyris as an Escalation Support Manager and Escalation Support Engineer.
