Tanaji Ghogare

Tanaji Ghogare is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in PLM tools and integration solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at New Balance since January 2022, Tanaji leads the development of ENOVIA and PTC Flex PLM tools while supporting existing integrations. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Consultant at Systems Plus Solutions, where Tanaji focused on PLM-ERP integrations and new business implementations for a U.S.-based apparel client. Tanaji also held the position of Module Lead at Persistent Systems, overseeing customization and migration projects while managing multiple clients. Earlier experience as a Software Engineer at 3DPLM Software Solutions involved Enovia development and customization, alongside initial work as a Software Associate addressing application support tasks at KJNext Technologies. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from M.S. Bidve Engineering College Latur, obtained in 2013.
