Poppy Dickinson

Poppy Dickinson is a seasoned professional in customer experience operations and project management, currently serving as CX Operations Director, CX Project Director, and Project Manager at New Commercial Arts since May 2021. Prior to this role, Poppy held various positions at AKQA from January 2017 to May 2021, including Associate Project Manager and Programme Coordinator, contributing to the delivery of innovative digital solutions. Poppy's earlier experience includes roles at Debenhams Head Office and TOPSHOP TOPMAN, as well as editorial responsibilities during time at Norwich University of the Arts. Poppy holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Norwich University of the Arts, earned between 2012 and 2015.
