Noel has an extensive food and beverage background from Pepsi, General Foods, and Kraft. He is President-elect of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), and holds a BS, a MS, and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in Food Science and Nutrition.
