Dr. Henning Stolze

Dr. Henning Stolze has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Henning is currently working as the Head of Data Governance at NEW WORK SE since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Strategist Data at Otto Group from June 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Otto Group, Dr. Stolze held multiple roles at EOS Gruppe, including Head of Data Governance Office from July 2017 to May 2022 and Head of Advanced Analytics from October 2020 to March 2022. Dr. Henning also worked as the Head of Business Intelligence at Wer liefert was? GmbH from July 2012 to March 2014. Dr. Stolze has extensive experience in data analysis, management, and strategic planning gained from their various positions, including at EOS Gruppe, where they were responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies and products. Earlier in their career, they were an entrepreneur, leading a consulting firm specializing in data analysis and quantitative business control. Dr. Stolze also has a background in research, having worked as a Senior Consultant and a Scientific Employee at different organizations, including Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, where they were involved in research projects, teaching, and software development.

Dr. Henning Stolze pursued their education at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. From 1996 to 2005, they obtained their Diplom Kaufmann degree, specializing in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing und Technologiemanagement. Later, from 2004 to 2009, they earned their Dr. rer. pol. degree in Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften.
