Emanuele Innamorato

Emanuele Innamorato has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technology. Emanuele began their career in 1988 as a Software Developer for the New York City Department of Probations. Emanuele then went on to work for the Office of the Brooklyn Borough President as Deputy Chief Information Officer from 1990 to 1993. From 1993 to 1995, they served as the Director of Information Technology for NYSDC - FOMC. Emanuele then joined the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP) as Deputy Director of Information Technology from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, Emanuele joined the NYC Citywide Administrative Services as Director of Technology Innovation. During their tenure, they played a key role in implementing various systems for the City of New York, including the Human Resource Management System and a Citywide Automotive Fleet Maintenance Computer System. In 2002, they became the Director of Information Technology for the City of Yonkers, a position they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Emanuele served as the Chief Information Officer for MTA Bus. Emanuele then moved on to become the Chief Information Officer for the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA), a position they have held since 2014.

From 1982 to 1987, Emanuele Innamorato pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
