Pam Howard | VP Healthcare

Pam Howard is the Vice President of Healthcare Services for NewCourtland and Executive Administrator of the Germantown Home. She rejoined the team at NewCourtland Senior Services in 2019 having previously worked for the organization from 1996 to 2011.

As VP of Healthcare Services, Ms. Howard oversees healthcare delivery across multiple community initiatives and is responsible for finding new ways to integrate healthcare and housing to meet the individual and changing needs of the underserved, while honoring and promoting the staff who care for them.

In her capacity as the Executive Administrator of the Germantown Home, Ms. Howard oversees its daily operation and ensures that the nursing home meets the highest level of quality standards. She is also responsible for establishing processes which are used to identify potential risk, monitoring and guiding performance improvement processes within the nursing home, and ensuring that Germantown Home complies with State, Federal and other regulatory agencies.

Prior to rejoining NewCourtland Senior Services Ms. Howard served as an Executive Nursing Home Administrator and Assistant Regional Director for a Long-Term Care provider that provided services to over 1500 Long Term Care residents in the Philadelphia region.

Ms. Howard is a Registered Nurse with experience as both a Director of Nursing and a Regional Nurse. Her career is dedicated to creating high quality healthcare delivery platforms, developing the next generation of nurses and mentoring future nursing home administrators in the field of Senior Living.

Pam holds a BSN from Delaware State University and she is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
