Rodolfo García currently serves as the LATAM Talent Acquisition Lead at Newell Brands, where responsibilities include providing end-to-end talent solutions and partnering with business leaders across Latin America. Previously held the position of HR-RC Specialist at KEYENCE CORPORATION, focusing on specialized recruitment across multiple business units. Rodolfo has extensive experience as an HR Specialist at Canon Mexicana, managing talent acquisition for various divisions and overseeing HR processes from hiring to termination. Prior to that, served as Recruitment Officer at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, managing talent attraction for positions at all levels. Rodolfo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and is currently pursuing an MBA at Universidad del Valle de México.
