Derek Neville

Derek Neville has a wealth of experience in technical support and IT support roles. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Support for Newforma. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Support Analyst and Apple SME for MITRE from 2020. Derek also worked for Apple Retail from 2010 to 2007, where they held various roles such as Technical Trainer, Genius, Mentor, and Family Room Specialist. Before that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer for Transparent Language from 2007.

Derek Neville attended Nashua Community College from 2010 to 2012 and obtained an Associates in Business Administration - Marketing. Derek then attended Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2018 to 2022 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security. In 2011, they also obtained a Mac ACMT certification from Apple.
