Sue Langdon

Sue Langdon (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sue is currently working at Newport City Homes, where they hold the role of People Systems, Data & CI Lead. Prior to this, they worked as the People Operations & Payroll Lead and HR Payroll & Administration Manager at the same company. Before joining Newport City Homes, Sue worked at SUEZ UK as an HR Systems Analyst for three years. Sue also had a role at LiveWest, where they served as an HR Project Coordinator, working on various projects such as iTrent integration and pay and reward harmonization. Sue's earlier experience includes roles at Knightstone Housing Association as an HR Administration & Payroll Team Leader and People & Development Administrator, at Somerfield as a Personnel Assistant, and at Champion Processes as a Clerical Assistant.

Sue Langdon (Assoc CIPD) completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice at City of Bristol College in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they studied Vocational Communication Level 1 & 2 at Weston Technical College from 1984 to 1988. Sue obtained their 9 GCE's, including Maths and English, from Priory Community School between 1979 and 1984. Sue also holds additional certifications, including HR Data Analyst from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2020 and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from CIPD in 2007.
