Heather Hinsdale has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather started their career as an Assistant Manager at Little Cesars Pizza in 1994 and then worked as a Unit Assistant at Via Christi Health from 1997 to 2007. Heather then transitioned to the restaurant industry and worked as a Risk Management/Benefits Administrator at Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse from 2007 to 2010. From 2007 to 2012, Heather worked at Lone Star Steakhouse as a Benefits professional. In 2012, they joined Del Frisco's Restaurant Group as a Benefits & HR Manager, later progressing to the role of Director of Benefits. In 2019, they joined Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as a Benefits AVP and then became Vice President, Benefits until 2023. Currently, Heather holds the position of VP, Benefits & Leave at Newrez LLC, starting in 2022.

Heather Hinsdale completed their Bachelors in Human Resources Management at Ashford University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a field of study in Business/Human Resources from the same institution.
