Tom Richards

Tom Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organisational change. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at News Corp Australia, Tom has previously held significant roles at National Australia Bank, including General Manager of Organisational Change and Talent Acquisition, as well as Head of People. Tom's career also includes managerial positions at ANZ, Vanguard Investments Australia, and Australian Unity, where expertise in business consulting and HR services was developed. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 1996 and 2000.
