Cristina Rosales

Cristina Rosales is a resourceful problem solver with a track record of achieving strong results. As Manager in the People Team, she plays a pivotal role supporting the organization’s hiring, training, and other human resources functions.

In 2020, Cristina joined NewSchools from Camino Nuevo Charter Academy in Los Angeles. She was at the charter network’s Kayne Siart Campus, where she started as an office and food service clerk. Eventually, she was responsible for managing the school’s student information and record keeping systems. Among her many responsibilities were ensuring that the school was complying with federal, state, and local special education laws and that students with learning differences were receiving the services they were entitled to. In 2018, she was awarded a special recognition by the charter organization for her outstanding work.
